Fouad "Hoss" Abiad (born October 15, 1978) is an International Federation of BodyBuilders (IFBB) professional bodybuilder sponsored by Team Scitec Nutrition.

Born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, of Lebanese heritage, Abiad began training at the age of 21. He cites his father as his biggest influence.
